Shiuya Production and Ys Net has just completed a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter for the production of Shenmue III.The funding goal was set at $2 million, but with a total of 69,320 contributors the campaign ended last Friday with an astonishing $6,333,295 raised, the highest amount ever recorded for a video game.
